• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (₹150)
• Free Shipping: Orders over ₹500 (standard delivery)
• International: 7-14 business days (from ₹500)

Risk of Loss

Products are shipped at your risk. We track all shipments, but Me to Millets is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after delivery to carrier. We recommend insured shipping for valuable orders.

Delivery Delays

While we aim for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, customs, carrier issues). Estimated dates are not guaranteed. We will notify you of significant delays.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. To qualify for a return:

• Return initiated within 30 days of purchase
• Product unused and in original packaging
• Packaging must be intact and resealable
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) provided

Return Process

2. Receive prepaid return label (no cost to you)
3. Ship product within 5 days using provided label
4. Refund processed within 5-7 days of receipt

Non-Returnable Items

Defective Products
